XML Standards and Vocabularies (Applications)

(due to the galactic nature of the word XML we are zeroing our discussion to the topics below):

For our discussion in tomorrow's class we will focus on XML Standards and Applications. Specifically we will look at Electronic Data Interchange XML (EDI XML) & Electronic Business XML (ebXML). We will talk about the utillization of the two applications as well as the architecture. Also we will speak on benefits and some examples. We will also compare/contrast the two different technologies and finish the discussion with some thoughts on the future of both EDI & ebXML.
